After meeting these clients when building a new home in the same laneway, we were engaged to build this architecturally designed home on the rear laneway lot. 

This stylish modern two-storey home in Coolbinia (the third project we have undertaken in the same laneway) perfectly blends space and style. The ground floor houses three bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and walk in robe, a shared bathroom, laundry, study nook, drive in garage and courtyard area. This custom home features matching custom cabinetry and Caesarstone benchtops and splash backs throughout, gable ceilings upstairs large windows and doors to maximise light and take advantage of the city views and glorious sunsets from the first floor living areas. Exposed brick work, striking black steels to the balcony along with vertical cladding against black window and door frames to bring a sleek monochrome look to the exterior of this home.
