A boutique build.

After subdividing their block, we were engaged to build a new boutique home on the rear laneway lot. 

This architecturally designed, modern two-storey home in Coolbinia perfectly blends space and style with three large bedrooms (all with ensuites), a double garage and courtyard alfresco dining area maximising the block to its full potential.

This custom home comes feature-packed from front to back with a polished concrete slab to the ground floor, a striking floating steel and timber staircase and custom cabinetry throughout. The home also boasts full height windows on the first floor to maximise light and a contrasting monochrome finish to the exterior, using vertical cladding to bring textural interest to first-floor external walls.

With our seamless project management process, where quality is prioritised over quantity, we completed the whole build - from slab to handover - in just four months.
